By purchasing any service from Hit Interview, Inc., you acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. Collaborative Process

All services are collaborative. Your participation, including completion of forms, Q&A responses, and timely feedback, is essential to achieving the best results. We cannot complete your project without your active involvement.

2. Project Completion Window

All services must be initiated and completed within 12 months of the purchase date. After that period, projects are considered closed. Projects resumed beyond this timeframe may require an additional fee to update the Q&A, materials, and strategy to reflect your current situation and goals, and/or a fee adjustment based on current pricing.

3. Scope of Work

Each service covers the number of roles outlined in your customized Q&A, which is developed shortly after purchase. Adding new positions, roles, or substantially revised content outside the original scope is considered a resume update or new project and may incur an additional fee.

4. Accuracy and Review

Final materials are created based on the information you provide. You are responsible for reviewing all content for accuracy before use. Hit Interview, Inc. is not liable for errors, omissions, or misrepresentations in the information provided by clients.

5. All Sales Are Final

Because each project is custom-created and work begins immediately after purchase, all sales are final. Refunds are not available once a customized Q&A or the initial version of your resume or LinkedIn profile has been created.

By submitting payment, you authorize Hit Interview, Inc. to begin services and acknowledge that work performed, including research, strategy, writing, and design, constitutes billable time.

6. Client Conduct

Our goal is always to deliver exceptional results through a respectful, collaborative process. Harassment, abuse, or unprofessional behavior will result in immediate termination of services.
